1) 2016 Membership Renewal
1) Three Membership renewal sessions will be held in January to renew your membership in person. All will be held in the Cimarron Center, Agua Fria Room as follows:
Tuesday Jan 5, 2016 – 9 – 11
Thursday Jan 7, 2016 – 9 – 11
Wednesday Jan 13, 2016 – 1 – 3
Bring a completed Application Form, your CAM card and payment (cash or check drawn on a bank in the USA). Check the Roster to see if you have been given credit for Monitor duty. If you haven’t been given credit, contact Bob Julian, the Monitor Chairman RJulian1@cox.net. Provide him with the task you completed and the date.
Please remember, if you renew by mail, include a copy of your CAM card and a self-addressed, stamped envelope and mail to the address listed on the Application Form.
