Regular clinics will begin in January. More specifics will be contained in a future email.
This email is only for those who wish to attend the 3.5 skill level clinics, so please read it carefully.
We are trying to provide a better clinic experience for everyone, and have learned from problems we encountered last year. Therefore, for those who wish to attend the 3.5 clinics, you will have to be rated. This can be accomplished by emailing Jerry Louis at papaluke001@gmail.com. Jerry has graciously agreed to set up a time for this purpose. When emailing Jerry, please write in the subject line “3.5 skill level rating”. Jerry will then get back to you with a date and time.
After attending this session, Jerry will give you a card signed by him, showing that you are a 3.5 rated player. YOU MUST BRING THIS CARD TO THE 3.5 CLINICS.
You can skip the process of being rated by Jerry if you have done any of the following:
- Played in tournaments and have a USAPA rating of 3.5;
- Previously played in the now defunct 3.5 Ladder;
- Are personally known to Jeanne or me – we will then vouch for you.
There is no need to be rated if you plan on attending the 2.5 or 3.0 clinics. Your understanding and cooperation help us to ensure that you have a better, more enjoyable and productive clinic experience.
