| Part 2, Return of the Heat Chickens. A week ago, we had the courts deep cleaned. The team that does the courts twice a month do a great job, but twice a year we need to get a deep cleaning done. The top photo is not a picture of a beach; that’s the dirt and debris from just half a court. The bottom picture is the big breezeway by courts 18-21. Again, thanks to Pam Speer and Pure Patio for the quality furniture. While cleaning the breezeway, I tried to clean off a lot of gum. I stopped counting after I hit 20 wads of gum stuck to the concrete. And yes, there have been wads of gum on the courts as well. I don’t get the need to spit it out on the ground when garbage cans are only feet away. Stay tuned for the final chapter, or is it? Stay cool and safe Troy |
