It’s that time of year again, as we look for people to run for next year’s 2026 board of directors.
There are 3 positions available for any current club member to run for.
The positions are:
- President: 2-year term
- Treasurer: 2-year term
- Member at Large: 2-year term
Listed below are the job responsibilities for each position.
Please think about how you can give back to the club by becoming part of the team that runs it. We need volunteers to step up and be a part of Grand’s largest club.
We have appointed an election committee, and these people will be out and about at Drop-In and other club sponsored events seeking people to run for the board.
The committee is made up of
- John Grasso
- Donn Pelegrin
- Mary Sluzinski
If you have a desire to run, please send an email to John Grasso at Jgrasso143@gmail.com
All members who wish to run need to submit their requests in writing.
Again, this year, voting will be online. Another email will go out on how you can vote online.
Electronic Voting will start at 3PM on November 30 and end at 3PM on December 7.
Those members who wish to vote in person can still do so at the Tuesday, December 9 Pickleball club general membership meeting at 3PM located in the Agua Fria room in the Cimarron Center.
Paper ballots will be made available to those people.
