next membership renewal session. Don’t wait, get it done now. The
complete schedule is below.
2019 Membership Renewal
All renewal sessions will be held in the Cimarron Center as follows:
Monday, January 14th
Cimarron Room 9:00 – 11:00
Wednesday, January 16th
Cimarron Room 9:00 – 11:00
Bring a completed Application Form or Renewal Form (available on the
website or the bulletin board), your
CAM card and payment (cash or check drawn on a bank in the USA). If at
all possible download the form to your computer and fill it out by typing in
the fields, then printing it. If you fill it out by hand PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY.
If you have monitored, check the Roster (username = club; password = member) to
see if you have been given credit. If you have not been given credit, contact
Joe Best, the Monitor Chairman (jdbest1@hotmail.com).
Provide him with the task you completed and the date.
If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, you can renew by mail.
Include a copy of your CAM card and a self-addressed, stamped envelope and mail
to the address listed on the Application Form.
