Renewal Application Help
For those members with NO access to the online application and needing help to complete the form, I will be in the Pickleball Court Pavilion on Wednesday, December 4th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Due to Holiday travel plans, no other opportunities will be available until January.
You must bring your CAM Card and payment with you along with your personal information such as address, phone number, email address and emergency contact name and phone number. This information is a requirement to complete the renewal application process for 2020.
