The December Pickleball club Members meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, December 10th at 3PM in the Agua Fria room in the Cimarron Center.  Listed below is the agenda   

  1. Call to Order
  2. Introduce new members
  3. Secretary’s report – November members meeting minutes
  4. Treasurer’s report – update
  5. Tournament update
  6. 2025 Board of Director election – as of 8 PM on Monday night, December 9th, 627 members have voted out of 1397 signed up (45% of the club).  You have until 2PM on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, to cast a vote electronically or you can come to the meeting and vote with a paper ballot
  7. Proposed 2025 Pickleball Club Budget
  8. New Members meetings
  9. Scanning in at the courts
  10. Sticker Parties for 2025
  11. Open floor – If time allows
  12. Adjourn
