The pickleball club must abide by the Charter Club Policies & Procedures (CCPP) adopted by the Grand Board of Directors. One of those requirements is, “The duration of the Inter-Community play must be documented within [the club’s] current chapter 13.” Any changes the club makes to chapters 12 or 13 of the CCPP must be approved by vote of the membership.
Below is a redlined copy and clean copy of the proposed changes to those chapters. The only substantive change is the addition of section 7 to chapter 13 documenting the duration of APPL League play (previously approved by the membership) from January 1 through March 31.
The only other changes are removal of the dates of the CCPP referenced. These changes were recommended by the Peer Group Council since the CCPP are restated from time to time, and it is assumed that all references to the CCPP refer to the most current document.
