Complete all required fields. You may use this form for two members if the members live at the same address and have sequential CAM numbers (i.e. 1234-000, 1234-001).

New members are individuals who have never been a member of the Pickleball Club.

Renewing members are those who are currently members or who have been members in the past.

Email addresses are used for club communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on a link at the bottom of messages. Members participating in League/Ladder events are required to have a unique email address not shared with another person.

If you would like to pay online, select “I will pay online” in the “How will I pay?” dropdown. Credit card information is not stored on our website and is securely sent for payment processing. If paying by check, place in an envelope and address to "Pickleball Club Membership Chair" and place it in the drop-box in the pavilion by court one. When paying by check be sure that the member's name or names are written on the check to ensure proper credit. Paying by check may delay the processing of your application by a week or more.
