Pickleball Den (The Den) is Software you can have on your phone or computer.

Software fees are very reasonable. That, combined with the savings the club will have by discontinuing use of other programs, allows the club to incorporate the fees into the current budget. Every club member will be able to have a Den account at no additional expense.
This new process will take some getting used to. Having your smartphone available on the courts, and showing up a few minutes early to scheduled events, will be expected. However, for those who don’t have smartphones or don’t want to bring them to the courts, they will still be able to participate in all functions that are using The Den. Don’t worry, we will give you all the help you need.
How we Got Here
It all started by looking for some way to get back to running Leagues, Ladders and Round-Robins. We also wanted to consolidate club functions into one place, rather than having to constantly go back and forth into different platforms. We searched for options and narrowed it down to two possibilities. We looked carefully at both options and only one reduced the number of volunteers needed and the amount of work required to run popular club events. We also found that it could help us ask the members questions and allow them to respond with more than a “yes” or “no” answer. We can even include voting for club officers. Programs that can survey 1600 people and ensure that no one was voting twice, and that the tallies were accurate, are expensive. With The Den, that option is included. Once we found the potential solution, we needed to test it.
We started testing The Den with a small group of 25 members – it looked promising. We expanded the test group to close to 100. We discovered some issues that needed to be fixed. We are now testing those fixes and it looks good. The final decision won’t be made until the tests have been completed sometime toward the end of the summer.
Once the decision is made, you will be able to come back to this site and click on a link that will get you your Grand Pickleball Den account. We will have directions, and in some case videos, for every step of the process. We will also have people ready to help you with any questions you might have.
We are excited about the additions The Den will bring to all our members and look forward to restarting events that have been gone for over two years.
