Two changes were made to the Board as of May 19, 2025.
Eileen Saunders resigned as Treasurer due to recent health concerns.
Mark Meier was chosen by the Board to replace Eileen as Treasurer until that term ends on Dec. 31, 2025.
Mark Meier resigned as Member-at-large to assume the position of Treasurer.
Eileen was chosen to serve in the Member-at-large position vacated by Mark Meier.
These changes were made pursuant to Section 3.7 of the Charter Club Policies and Procedures, and the requisite paperwork has been submitted to CAM.
Board member terms run with the position, not the person. Therefore, the position of Treasurer will run through December 31, 2025. The position of Treasurer will be open through the normal election process for the 2026-2027 term.
The Member-at-large position runs through December 31, 2026. However, Eileen has stated that she will be resigning from that position on December 31, 2025.
This will permit the Board the option of appointing another member to fill the remainder of that term or adding that position to the December ballot.
