Lesson Courts for 2.5 / Novice Players
Due to the immense popularity of the first two weeks of Lesson Courts for 2.5 / Novice players, we have decided to continue with the additional instructors, having one instructor on every court. Therefore, for the remaining Tuesdays in February, the 17th and 24th, we will be using all 6 skill-level drop-in courts for lessons with one experienced player on each court.
In addition, the Pickelball Club has recently purchased a ball machine. We will be using the ball machine on court 4 for those Novice / 2.5 players who wish to try to hone their skills in specific shots. Our 2.5 / Novice Ladder Captain, Vic Avery, has agreed to bring out the ball machine and help all players who want to give it a try. The ball machine will be available on the 17th and 24th.
Lastly, we would like to reiterate that we are not trying to force anyone into participating in these lessons. If you do not want to participate, we ask that you attend the Novice / 2.5 skill-level drop-in sessions on Friday afternoons instead. We will not have instructors during that time period.
