It is with shock and profound sadness, that I tell you of the sudden passing of one of our own. Today, October 8th, 2020, Mike McDonald died as he lived, celebrating life. He will be remembered by many for his flamboyant wardrobe and raucous laughter. He was the architect behind his beloved Wednesday – Friday night mixer group that many of our club members passed through or remained in as they learned how to play pickleball. These groups will continue to meet, including tomorrow night (Friday), as Mike would have wanted them to.
We will all miss him. Please keep his wife Mary in your thoughts and prayers.
