  1. Call the meeting to order – Housekeeping rules
  2. Secretary report – Accept February 2020 minutes
  3. Treasurer Report – Accept February 2020 minutes – Current state of finances. 
  4. Present the 2021 SCG Pickleball Club BOD
    1. Troy Konz – President
    2. Don Gunderson – Vice President
    3. Janice Kawamoto – Secretary
    4. Carol Weber – Treasurer
    5. Don Madison – Member at Large
    6. Fran Beard – Member at Large
    7. Stew Templer – Member at Large
  5. 2020 Budget Approval – It was done and approved at the January 14, 2020 meeting but never captured in the minutes – Care fund set up with 75% of money in our bank accounts as of October 31st each year would go into the CARE fund for court improvements
  6. Attendance for October 2020 –

  8. Drop in Courts –
  9. Renewals – Started November 1, 2020 – Sticker parties will be January 2, 6, 9, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30 from 9AM – Noon
  10. Cintas – will be refilling the medical boxes soon.
  11. Ice Machine/Water Bottle filler – installed in the first breezeway.
