Errors and Other Important Information

Dear PB Club Members,
This year I have experienced errors on numerous applications. It is extremely important that you review your application before submitting. CAM numbers have been a big problem. Please remember that every resident has their own Association Recreation Card Number (CAM Card Number). Check your card before completing the application and be sure it is correct. Also please take a moment to make certain all the information you provide is correct. When I encounter errors I have to take the time to send an email for clarification.
If you are a renter, do not submit your application until you have your CAM card.
If you do not have an Association Recreation Card (CAM Card), you CANNOT join the club. We use software to verify your information before processing.
Going forward, because of the Holidays and other personal reasons, applications that have errors will NOT be processed until the New Year.
Memberships are delinquent after December 31, 2020, so please renew now. Your CAM Card will not swipe after January 1, if you have not renewed for 2021.
Name Badge Stickers will not be available until next year. They will not be required on badges until February 1, 2021. Club emails will announce the dates for obtaining your sticker.
