Dear Club Members & Residents,
On behalf of the Grand Pickleball Club Board of Directors, we are thrilled to announce the launch of a new reservation system called “CourtReserve”.
The purpose of this system is to consolidate court reservations, event sign-up, membership renewal, and club communication in one user-friendly web-based application.
Players will be able to see what is scheduled on the courts at all times, and more importantly to be able to reserve a specific open court, and sign up for clinics and events.
We have created a profile for all club members in the CourtReserve system. Residents will have create a new account in CourtReserve.
Please be on the lookout for an introductory email message that will provide all club members with custom login instructions for their profile.
From there you will be able to create your password and can then access the system online at www.courtreserve.com and logging in or by downloading the CourtReserve app on your phone.
The Grand Pickleball Board is encouraging all members and residents to start to use this system for court reservations starting July 1, 2023.

We believe that this reservation system will improve communications and allow for easy access to real time court availability.
We appreciate your patience as we work through the inevitable kinks at the beginning and welcome your feedback on the system as we continue to fine-tune our procedures.
