We are looking at having a picnic at the courts on July 4th, with a 4 game round robin event before the picnic. Meat will be provided and members can sign up to bring a side dish or dessert to pass. Cost will be $5 per person.
The round robin matches will start @ 9:30 AM.
Please email me if you are attending, what dish you will bring and if you plan on playing.in the round robin.
We hope to get as big a response as we got for Memorial Day.
While this is a club event approved by CAM, no club funds will be used for it.
I will need your responses by July 3rd for ordering meat and round robin scheduling.
