It’s Really That Easy

So, after too many emails asking questions about Monitoring and Skills and Drills, I felt the need to explain them in more detail.

First, Monitoring – Every club member is required to monitor or volunteer at least once per year.  If it’s for Monitoring – This is a 3-hour slot at the courts during the drop-in times from 9AM – Noon (or 8-10AM during the summer) each and every day of the year.
How do you monitor? – There is an overview on our club’s website under the Monitor Tab.  In addition, there are 3 monitor books in the Pavilion that have all of the information needed on joining the club, monitoring, upcoming events, medical issues, and all other types of situations.  They are updated constantly.
How do I sign up to monitor? – 2 ways, go onto the club’s website and sign up under the Monitor Tab or under the Activities Tab and follow the instructions.

I send out email blasts throughout the year asking for volunteers for things like in house tournaments, court maintenance, general clean-up and a lot of other things that count towards your yearly monitor credit.

Secondly, Drills and Skills – Simply go onto the club’s website and under the Activities Tab, click onto the Skills and Drills that you want and follow the instructions for sign up genius.

Lastly – If there are other activities that you want to sign up for (AED training, Intro Lessons, Monitoring, Drills) simply go onto the website and click on the Activities Tab and follow the instructions.

It really is that easy.
I’m sure that this won’t be my last email blast of 2022, but if on the off chance that it is, I wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year for 2023
