This morning, I sent a new proposal to the SCG BOD to allow us to utilize 10 courts for drop in each morning from 8-11 AM. If approved, starting June 15th, we would be using courts 1-12 as reservation courts and courts 13-22 as drop in courts. Hopefully the BOD will vote on this proposal on Wednesday, June 3rd. Again, if approved, we would put the new plan out in an email blast and have it on our website. This plan will also require us to have a monitor located in the new breezeway during drop in times, so we will be looking for volunteers to monitor.
The new plan will spell out everything, this is just an advance notice.
